  10.     "BINSCII" is an Apple 8 bit universe program for encoding binary files into
  11. an ASCII envelope.  'BINSCII' files usually have either a '.BSC' or a '.BSQ'
  12. file name extension.  "unBINSCII" will convert the contents of a 'BINSCII'
  13. file to its original binary format.

  15.    This program needs more work but I'm releasing it in its current state to
  16. see if there's anyone else who would have a use for such a program.
